Cyber Security Specialist

We are seeking a skilled cybersecurity specialist to simulate cyber attacks on our systems, identify vulnerabilities and improve incident response processes. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for deploying red team infrastructure, developing custom implants and designing attack simulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Red Team Operations
    • Deploy the necessary red team infrastructure and dispose of it afterwards.
    • Develop custom implants to evade detection by EDR tools and other security measures.
    • Design and execute realistic attack simulations to test the effectiveness of security controls and incident response processes.
  • Adversary Tactics and Techniques
    • Conduct full-spectrum cyber kill chain operations, including reconnaissance, exploitation, lateral movement, privilege escalation and persistence.
    • Identify and exploit system, network and application vulnerabilities to achieve defined objectives.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with the Blue Team to enhance threat detection, monitoring and alerting capabilities.
    • Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, methods used and recommendations for remediation.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of adversary tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs) and proficiency with offensive tools such as Cobalt Strike and Sliver.
  • Deep understanding of network protocols, operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), ADCS and Active Directory environments.
  • Strong scripting or programming skills in languages like Python, PowerShell, Bash, Rust or C/C++.
