Job Title: SAP ERP Lead Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ERP Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge SAP ERP solutions. This role demands in-depth technical expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and proven leadership to guide a team of developers in delivering innovative, high-quality SAP solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership:
    • Lead the development and deployment of SAP ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with both business objectives and technical requirements.
    • Provide hands-on technical leadership, guiding and mentoring a team of SAP developers.
    • Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and high coding standards.
  • Solution Design & Development:
    • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
    • Design, develop, test, and implement customizations, enhancements, and integrations for SAP ERP systems.
    • Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of all SAP solutions.
  • System Integration:
    • Develop and maintain seamless integrations between SAP ERP systems and other enterprise applications.
    • Ensure efficient data flow and system interoperability.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues swiftly.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Establish and maintain comprehensive testing protocols.
    • Perform unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
    • Quickly identify and resolve defects and system issues.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay current with SAP ERP technologies, tools, and best practices.
    • Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and improvements.
    • Lead initiatives to enhance the functionality, performance, and scalability of SAP ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in SAP ERP development and implementation.
  • Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based SAP solutions and technologies.
  • Proficiency in SAP Fiori and UI5 development.
  • Experience with SAP HANA database management and development.
