Key Role in Scientific Research

This role is integral to the success of our scientific research initiatives, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure technology and data needs are met.

  • Leverage domain expertise to detail product requirements as epics and user stories, along with supporting artifacts like business process maps and test plans for software development teams.
  • Enable delivery teams to estimate, plan, and commit to delivery with high confidence and identify test cases and scenarios to ensure quality and performance of IT Systems.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and developers to maintain an efficient and consistent process, ensuring quality deliverables from the team.
Essential Qualifications
  • Masters degree with 1-3 years of experience in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Bachelors degree with 4-6 years of experience in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Diploma with 7-9 years of experience in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in implementing and supporting biopharma scientific software platforms.
  • Demonstrated expertise in a scientific domain area and related technology needs.
  • Experience with writing user requirements and acceptance criteria in agile project management systems.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure.
  • High degree of organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
