Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Nurse Leader to spearhead our nursing department. As Head of Nursing, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of approximately 15 nurses.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to oversee daily operations, scheduling, resource allocation, and patient flow.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records is also an essential aspect of this role.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a nursing leadership role
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of nurses
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the nursing team
  2. Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and patient flow
  3. Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements
