About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Product Management to lead our Product Management organization in Bengaluru, India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our growing portfolio of ITSM, ITAM, and Line of Business solution offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and foster relationships with Engineering & UX Design teams to jointly build outstanding products that our customers love.
  • Assess the maturity and performance of product managers and coach them to become better product leaders.
  • Review and influence new product ideation and feature development activities, leveraging your experience from past product successes.
  • Prioritize requirements from various stakeholders to deliver the most value for both the company and our customers.
  • Interface with customers/prospects in our target markets to understand their problems and collaborate on innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate in the definition of product roadmaps in context of the wider Ivanti and ESM strategy.
  • Enable Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to understand the target market, product positioning, product key benefits, and product roadmap.
  • Establish practices to better understand the competitive landscape.
  • Actively advocate for the product and Ivanti in relevant Ivanti and external communities.
Requirements
  • At least 15 years relevant experience in a product management role for a commercially available enterprise SaaS product.
  • Multiple years of experience with enterprise IT practices, ideally in the IT Service Management area.
  • Experience in navigating the complexities of developing enterprise software solutions using SaaS and OnPrem delivery models.
  • Business acumen to make smart decisions to optimize return on investment for the Ivanti ESM product line.
  • Curiosity to learn more about emerging market trends and to explore the "art of what is possible" within our market space.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and manage remote, cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness and ability to occasionally travel to different Ivanti offices (less than 20%).
  • Experience with high levels of multi-tasking and prioritizing in a consistently fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Desire and passion to not just meet but exceed customer expectations.
  • Excellent communication skills for interactions with customers, partners, and the wider technology community.
