As a People Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business outcomes by enabling change, articulating requirements, and improving existing systems, data, and processes.

You will work closely with stakeholders to resolve issues, maintain systems, and deliver real-time analytics that inform strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining the Sage People HR system, ensuring data integrity and workflow processes
  • Providing first-line support for People Systems queries, including triaging helpdesk tickets
  • Developing and implementing workflows that align with business policies and support the employee lifecycle
  • Conducting end-to-end testing of new functionalities across Core HRIS, Talent, Performance, Integrations, Pay Flow, Benefits, and LMS
  • Producing and interpreting reports and dashboards for people analytics

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Sage People
  • Strong data management and reporting skills
  • Understanding of HR workflows, employee lifecycle, and people policies
  • Collaborative team player with excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
  • Technical skills: familiarity with report-building tools, Excel, and general system administration
