Cloud Engineer Job

We are seeking a Cloud Engineer to design, configure and deploy cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design and implement cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services.
    • Support integration of Amazon Connect with other AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Lex, Polly, Kinesis, etc.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in cloud-based telephony and IVR systems.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
    • Familiarity with cloud-based telephony / contact center concepts (IVR, call routing, queues, chat, voice bots).
    • Understanding of programming/scripting (Python, JavaScript, or Node.js preferred).
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
