About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating educational materials, collaborating with colleagues, and providing strategic direction to ensure our language learning app meets the needs of learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop interactive Swedish language learning content that caters to the needs of the US market.
  • Collaborate with the Content Head and other team members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum.
  • Utilize feedback and data analytics to refine and optimize content for maximum engagement and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in language education to innovate and continuously improve our content offering.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Swedish and strong English communication skills.
  • Proven track record of creating compelling content for language learning, preferably with experience working for language learning platforms.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in team collaboration and mentorship.
  • Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational content strategy.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to content creation and optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Swedish, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
