Job Description

We are looking for team members to join our Governance and Policy team. In this role, you will:

  • Support research, analysis, and development of state and national manifestos and policy recommendations.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement governance reforms, evaluate policy initiatives, and contribute to actionable recommendations that advance the team's mission.

Eligibility

We seek candidates with a minimum degree from a Tier 1 or 2 academic institution in Social Sciences, Law, Engineering, or related fields. Prior experience or demonstrated interest in policy research, governance projects, or political consulting is desirable.

We require strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for public sector impact. You must be proactive, willing to travel if needed, possess excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills, and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment.

Skill Requirements

  • The ability to collect, synthesise, and analyse qualitative and quantitative data for evidence-based governance reforms.
  • Proficiency in basic data analysis, reporting, and forming recommendations under guidance.
  • Clear and concise writing for policy briefs, reports, presentations, and stakeholder summaries.
  • The ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and support project delivery.
