Job Overview

This is a high-impact role that involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain product specifications.

The ideal candidate will be able to analyze product requirements, create detailed specifications, and prioritize development stories.

They will also be responsible for maintaining the product roadmap, planning releases, and working closely with R&D in an agile environment.

Additionally, they will need to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, and provide internal and customer-facing training.

The successful candidate will have 7-15 years of experience in business analysis, a broad technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Interface with product owners, professional services, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze product requirements.
  2. Create product specifications and define detailed requirements.
  3. Maintain the product roadmap and plan releases.
  4. Work closely with R&D in an agile environment.
  5. Prioritize and groom the development story backlog.
  6. Write down the product documentation.
  7. Collaborate with technical writers to develop product documentation.
  8. Provide internal and customer-facing training.

The role requires a self-starter who thrives on tackling new challenges with a pragmatic approach. The ideal candidate must be able to understand the big picture and drill down to underlying details.

Requirements
  • 7-15 years proven business analysis experience.
  • Ability to understand the big picture and drill down to underlying details.
  • Hands-on with broad technical knowledge.
  • Understanding of the application life cycle and related methodologies.
  • Experience in prioritizing features and planning product releases.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent English, verbal and written.
