Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Client Engagement Associate to join our team. This role involves managing inbound client inquiries, understanding their requirements, positioning our services effectively, and converting prospects into long-term relationships. You will act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they experience value from the very beginning of their engagement with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for inbound leads via calls, emails, and website inquiries.
  • You will understand client requirements and communicate how our research and consulting solutions can address them.
  • You will qualify leads, prepare customized proposals, and follow up to drive conversions.
  • You will collaborate with our research and consulting team to design solutions aligned with client needs.
  • You will maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline updates in CRM tools.
  • You will build and nurture relationships with clients to foster repeat business and long-term engagement.
  • You will partner with our marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • You will consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field is required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in client engagement, business development, or inbound sales (preferably in research, consulting, or professional services) is preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • A consultative and solutions-oriented mindset is necessary.
  • You must be able to manage multiple conversations and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and MS Office tools is desirable.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment are key characteristics we look for.
