Senior Digital Experience Strategist

We are seeking a Senior Digital Experience Strategist with expertise in crafting engaging mobile experiences to elevate our app's user experience, drive engagement and set new industry benchmarks.
Main Responsibilities- Develop the overall design vision for major product initiatives within our consumer app, incorporating multiple design charters.
- Create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that ensure seamless navigation and delightful interactions.
- Analyze consumer behavior, pain points and preferences through thorough user research – including surveys, interviews and usage analytics.
- Design prototypes (using Figma) that bring ideas to life, driving business requirements into user-friendly designs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to validate design concepts with real users.
- Mentor junior designers on the team.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, focusing on digital products. They should be a master of modern design tools and possess exceptional visual design sensibility.
Requirements- Prior experience in quick commerce or e-commerce domains is advantageous.
- Familiarity with designing gamified apps or highly engaging experiences is beneficial.
- Strong knowledge of native mobile platforms, including platform-specific guidelines and best practices.
