Job Description

As a data analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing complex data sets from various sources across the organization.

Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present key findings and drive business decisions.

Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements through data analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and adherence to data governance policies and best practices.

Develop and maintain documentation for data processes, methodologies, and best practices.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field

  • Minimum 3+ years of working experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Python programming language and data analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and matplotlib
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
  • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and machine learning concepts
