As a key figure in shaping our organization's security strategy, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our global payments infrastructure.

The Chief Information Security Officer will be responsible for defining and implementing an enterprise-wide security program, ensuring compliance with global standards, and driving audit readiness across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining security policies and controls aligned with global best practices
  • Managing relationships with regulators, banks, and compliance partners to ensure adherence to local payment regulations
  • Leading global SOC functions including incident response, forensics, penetration testing, and threat intelligence
  • Ensuring resilience across cloud, APIs, wallets, and banking connectors with 24/7 monitoring

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 8+ years in cybersecurity, with 5+ years in senior leadership within FinTech, payments, or banking
  • Proven expertise in cross-border payments, card networks, wallets, and banking integrations
  • Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CIPP, CCSP or equivalents strongly preferred
  • Experience engaging with global regulators
  • Knowledge of AML/KYC/KYT systems, transaction monitoring, and fraud analytics
  • Excellent executive communication—able to translate technical risks into board-level strategy
