Job Role: Quality Assurance Test Lead

We are seeking a passionate QA professional who prioritizes quality as a core part of building great software.

This role will straddle multiple engineering teams, supporting not just the QA strategy but also leading automated testing efforts.

You will bring your considerable knowledge of test automation to help us build reliable, performant, and resilient products.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in quality assurance across automated and manual testing with hands-on experience in test automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright) and API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured).

Your responsibilities will include defining and upholding standards for test quality across engineering teams, overseeing Automation QAs/SDeTs and manual testers, and partnering with engineers and product managers to embed quality thinking from day one.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to embed quality practices from the earliest stages of development.
  • Supporting teams with front-end, API, and end-to-end testing, facilitating BDD and three-amigos sessions, and ensuring integration across teams is properly validated.
  • Challenging assumptions, asking the right questions, and promoting curiosity to help teams identify risks early and deliver features with high-quality outcomes.
