Claims Processor

    About the Position

    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warranty Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing warranty claims with accuracy and efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

• Verify repair orders against dealership systems and prepare claims for submission
• Accurately review, code, and process warranty claims
• Maintain records, update claim notes daily, and track aging claims
• Communicate with US-based dealership staff to resolve issues
• Collaborate with the team to ensure accuracy and satisfaction

    Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Bachelor's degree highly preferred
• Prior experience in warranty processing (Ford, GM, or Chrysler) is a strong advantage
• Ability to work overnight IST hours (7:30 PM – 3:30 AM)
• Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office setup
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly
