Job Title: Spatial Planner

The Role:

• Lead and manage spatial design output for commercial and hospitality spaces, collaborating with sales and design leadership to develop project briefs and drive client presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage spatial teams to ensure high-quality, innovative, and functional designs that meet client expectations.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget constraints, and aligned with client goals.
• Drive cross-department coordination to maintain alignment on spatial design, cost, and execution.
• Provide strategic guidance in budgeting, scheduling, and financial understanding.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in commercial and hospitality spatial design.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with clients.
• Deep knowledge of materials, costing, GFC details, and project execution.
• Ability to lead teams with entrepreneurial mindset and ownership.
