We are seeking an experienced Business Execution Consultant to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with multiple lines of business, understanding their needs and creating solutions through collaboration with technology teams. As a Senior Business Execution Consultant, you will be responsible for gathering information from stakeholders, customers, and users to create requirements and implement technology solutions through agile processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Gathering information from stakeholders, customers, and users to understand functional goals
2. Prioritizing product features based on feasibility and desirability
3. Leading Sprint planning meetings
4. Receiving and providing feedback during Sprints
5. Making decisions to solve problems that occur during development
6. Accepting user stories
7. Assessing developing versions of the product to recommend adjustments
8. Collaborating with the development team throughout the process
9. Overseeing market research, sales, and marketing for the product
10. Working directly with system end-users to understand their needs
11. Developing a deep level of knowledge about both the business and the technology products supported
12. Carefully documenting current and future states through process flow diagrams, logic diagrams, and narrative agile user stories
13. Envisioning and creating low-fidelity wireframes to illustrate application flow, user experience, and functionality
14. Designing effective business solutions to business problems and translating them into technology requirements
15. Working closely with system end-users to validate requirements, test, and confirm functionality created
16. Validating that implemented solutions meet business needs
17. Partnership with technology for user story grooming, ensuring a complete understanding of needed capabilities
18. Partnering with other Product Owners, Business Analysts to achieve holistic solutions for initiatives across multiple products
19. Identification, analysis, and reporting of key metrics and business case-level financials to justify project impact
20. Data analysis using SQL statements against a SQL database to understand historical usage and data types

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required
• 9 years or more of relevant experience with hands-on creation of requirements documentation, user stories, process flow diagrams, and wireframes
• Experience in the financial/banking industry (commercial banking and asset-based lending preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Driven, confident, organized, and an accomplished problem solver
• Able to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives
• Negotiation, influence, and collaboration to build successful relationships
• Flexibility to work in different shifts
• Desired certifications: CSPO or PSPO

Market Skill and Certifications:

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience
• Good SQL skills
• Experience with Banking, Finance, Risk, Regulatory Reporting data platforms and technologies
• Broad experience with Banking applications, products, technology architecture, and systems integration experience in consumer and small business banking, consumer lending, commercial banking, and wealth and investment management
• Virtual leadership experience with ability to drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage/build relationships with leaders/team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic complex environment
