Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
  • At least 5 years of experience in data preparation, gateway, and warehousing projects.
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack, including Power BI, SSAS, SSRS, and SSIS.
  • Experience working with self-service tools like Power BI or Tableau (3-4 years).
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, CSS, and other JavaScript libraries.
  • Proficiency in SQL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and administer Power BI solutions.
  • Create Analysis Services reporting models.
  • Design visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using DAX queries.
  • Apply analytical thinking to translate data into informative visuals and reports.
  • Implement row-level security on data and understand application security layer models.
  • Develop tabular and multidimensional models compatible with warehouse standards.
  • Publish and schedule Power BI reports according to business requirements.
  • Integrate Power BI reports into other applications using embedded analytics or API automation.
  • Develop custom visuals for Power BI.
  • Lead design methodology and project documentation.

Compensation:

We offer an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This figure is based on national averages and may vary depending on location and other factors.
