Job Title: Associate Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to lead transitions and projects for our Global Capability Centre (GCC).

This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end transitions, creating transition plans, and maintaining documentation to capture process performance.

They will also provide transparency and visibility to senior leadership on transition journeys, highlighting risks, issues, and challenges timely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage transitions to GCC from across regions and businesses
  • Create transition plans and maintain documentation
  • Provide transparency and visibility to senior leadership
  • Follow our methodology to successfully transition projects
  • Own, govern, and enhance the transition methodology as required
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to drive transitions and change

Requirements:

  • Graduation/Post-Graduation degree
  • PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred
  • 10-15 years of experience in leading process migrations and transitions
  • Experience working with global stakeholders and cultures
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and coaching skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA from a premier business school
  • End-to-end experience leading transitions and transformational initiatives
  • Domain knowledge in the Insurance space
