Job Overview:

Our organization is seeking an experienced Generative AI Solutions Architect to design and develop cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. As a key member of our team, you will work on creating innovative AI/ML models that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop AI/ML Solutions: Design, implement, and deploy AI/ML solutions using Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Optimize LLMs: Fine-tune, prompt-engineer, and optimize LLMs for domain-specific tasks, ensuring they are accurate and efficient.
  • Integrate LLMs with APIs and Enterprise Systems: Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, vector stores, and enterprise applications, streamlining data exchange and processing.
  • Deploy Model Strategies: Evaluate and implement effective model deployment strategies across various environments, including on-prem, cloud, serverless, or containerized setups.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with data engineers, product managers, and software engineers to deliver end-to-end AI solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Stay Current with AI Advancements: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI research, proposing adoption of new technologies to enhance our services.
  • Implement MLOps Best Practices: Ensure the implementation of continuous training, deployment, and monitoring of models in production, adhering to industry-standard MLOps practices.
  • Ensure Responsible AI Practices: Guarantee responsible AI practices by focusing on bias mitigation, data privacy, and compliance throughout the development process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Software Development Experience: 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably with Python; familiarity with Java, C#, or Node.js is a plus.
  • Generative AI Experience: Hands-on experience in Generative AI and LLM-based development, with at least 2 years of proven track records.
  • Ai/ML Fundamentals Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including NLP, deep learning, embeddings, and transformers.
  • LLM Experience: Experience with popular LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, LLaMA, Falcon, Mistral, or similar.
  • Production-Grade LLM-Based Projects: A minimum of 2 successful production-grade LLM-based projects under your belt.
  • LangChain and LlamaIndex Experience: Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, or similar frameworks.
  • Vector Databases Experience: Knowledge of vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS, Chroma.
  • Cloud Platforms Experience: Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP and AI services like Bedrock, VertexAI, Azure OpenAI.
  • Containerization and Deployment Tools Experience: Experience with containerization and deployment tools like Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
  • MLOps Tools Experience: Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Weights & Biases for model lifecycle management.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
