Strategic PLM Consultant

This role focuses on supporting a high-priority global program centered around upgrading and modernizing PLM systems. The successful candidate will ensure regulatory compliance and seamless enterprise integration.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the planning and execution of a Windchill v13 upgrade, guaranteeing business continuity, platform modernization, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans and implementation schedules, incorporating PMBOK standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Manage change control processes and oversee overall project execution and risk mitigation.
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience or Master's degree with 6 years of related experience in PLM.
- 8+ years of experience leading IT projects of medium to large size in matrixed environments.
- Extensive experience in regulated industries, with strong exposure to validation processes.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams. They will be well-versed in PLM system upgrades and have a proven track record of ensuring successful project outcomes.
