HealthCloud Functional Consultant Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HealthCloud Functional Consultant to join our team in the healthcare industry.

This role will involve driving requirements gathering, solution design, and client education to ensure alignment of HealthCloud capabilities with healthcare business needs.

  • Conduct workshops to gather and document client requirements.
  • Map healthcare processes into Salesforce HealthCloud solutions.
  • Configure Salesforce HealthCloud, Care Plans, Patient/Provider data models, and workflows.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for HealthCloud features.
  • Collaborate with Architects, Developers, and QA teams to deliver solutions.
  • Train client and internal teams on HealthCloud functionality.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a HealthCloud Functional Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows.
  • Expertise in FHIR, HL7 standards.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Salesforce HealthCloud Consultant Certification is preferred.
