Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute manual and automated testing of software products to identify defects and ensure quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and project management, to ensure seamless integration of testing activities.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.
  • Identify and report defects to development teams, and work with them to resolve defects in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain test data, including test data creation, test data management, and test data validation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • 4-11 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including manual and automated testing.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks, including Selenium and Java.
  • Knowledge of insurance domain and annuities products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Loma certification (FLMI Level 1) is a plus.
  • Experience with database management and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycles, including waterfall and agile.
