Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior QA Engineer with a strong background in financial systems and applications. The ideal candidate will lead automation efforts across our financial integration solution, ensuring robust testing of mission-critical systems.

This role requires deep knowledge of automation frameworks, financial data validation, ISO 8583 messaging, and performance, security, and reliability testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in QA automation, with at least 2 years in the finance domain.
  • Experience with financial systems testing, including transaction validation and reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance testing and audit requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • ISTQB or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with data security, encryption and penetration testing.
  • Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
