Job Title: Senior AI/ML Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with expertise in designing and deploying efficient machine learning models and solutions.

  • Lead a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists in a collaborative, innovative work environment.
  • Write clean, maintainable Python code for robust machine learning systems.
  • Design, build, and deploy efficient machine learning models and solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver AI/ML projects on time.
  • Implement end-to-end data science processes, including data preprocessing and deployment.
  • Work proficiently with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs using Python frameworks.
  • Optimize existing code for performance improvements.
  • Follow Agile/Scrum practices consistently.
  • Design, develop, fine-tune, and deploy AI models focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Conduct training, validation, and evaluation experiments, refining models based on statistical analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5 years of hands-on experience with Python programming.
  • 5 years of experience building, training, and deploying Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
  • Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
  • Solid experience with Python web frameworks for API development.
  • Strong expertise in NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, SpaCy, NLTK, and HuggingFace Transformers.
  • Deep understanding of ML/DL algorithms, with advanced techniques in NLP and/or Computer Vision.
  • Proven experience designing and deploying AI solutions leveraging LLMs and RAG.
  • Hands-on expertise in text representation, semantic extraction, sentiment analysis, and conversational AI.
  • Practical knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming in Python.
  • Advanced skills in SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with containerization and cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with MLOps principles for CI/CD, monitoring, and logging.
  • Proficient understanding of Git and Bitbucket for software version control.
