Marketing Leader Job Description

At our organization, we are looking for a seasoned Marketing Leader to drive growth and brand development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in scaling engagement through organic strategies and possess excellent leadership skills.

This role is responsible for defining and strengthening our brand identity across all channels, driving organic growth through content, community, and storytelling, leading go-to-market and lifecycle strategies to acquire and retain customers, mentoring and managing a creative marketing team, and using data and consumer insights to optimize brand campaigns and growth levers.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in scaling engagement through organic strategies
  • Strong people manager who can inspire and lead teams
  • Structured, data-driven, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
