Job Title: Medical Professional

We are seeking an accomplished healthcare professional to fill this critical role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide medical care and treatment to patients in a clinical setting, utilising extensive knowledge of patient assessment and treatment protocols.
  • To manage plant accidental cases with expertise and professionalism, ensuring the highest level of patient care.
  • To collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication.
  • To maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatments, adhering to established standards and protocols.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Medicine (MBBS) with a qualification in Accident and Emergency medicine.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a hospital or clinic setting.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical settings and accident management, with a focus on patient-centred care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients, families and colleagues.

Professional Requirements:

  1. Develop and implement effective treatment plans for patients, incorporating evidence-based practice and best available research.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, including diagnosis, treatment and outcome.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.
  4. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of policies and procedures that enhance patient care.
