Job Title

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate debt collection activities with regional agencies
  • Monitor portfolio performance, focusing on non-performing assets
  • Manage delinquency rates and allocate targets to team members
  • Ensure adherence to collection process guidelines and legal requirements
  • Initiate recovery processes for absconded customers
  • Recommend legal actions for non-recoverable cases and collaborate with legal teams for case closure
  • Maintain accurate records of collection activities, including updating delinquent account history and generating MIS reports
