Business Intelligence Analyst Position">

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Business Intelligence Analyst. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing data and developing actionable recommendations for business growth.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to collect, analyze, and report on complex data sets from various sources. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business strategy through web/app analytics and provide support in platform utilization and adoption.

The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of relevant experience and have a strong understanding of customer data and analytics platforms. They will serve as the subject matter expert for web analytics platforms, performing complex and challenging analytics efforts.

  • Be the Subject Matter Expert, both technically and functionally, on web analytics platforms performing complex and challenging analytics efforts. Query, manipulate and transform data from multiple sources to produce a comprehensive view of user behavior within web and app properties to answer business questions.
  • Support the maintenance and development of the web analytics platforms, work with the Technology team to maintain data collection and integrity, identify gaps in the data capture
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working with web/app analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques
