Job Title: SAP Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Automation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will work on migrating test scripts from UFT to UIPath and leverage AI to accelerate this process.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement innovative automation solutions that drive business value and improve efficiency.
  • Model and develop automation processes during project development stages to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Contribute to designing and developing the Automation framework at a framework level to ensure scalability and maintainability.
  • Maintain Developer Standards around automation best practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
  • Monitor and maintain automation post-implementation and resolve potential issues during testing runs to minimize downtime.
  • Set up testing and monitoring automated workflows to ensure timely identification of issues.
  • Produce process documentation to outline mistakes and successes, and refine processes going forward.
  • Ensure quality automation using Quality Assurance processes and prevent potential bugs.
  • Preliminary analysis of failures and identifying defects to inform improvements.
  • Manage test script execution based on project needs to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Innovate and explore possibilities in Process Automation to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Understand functional requirements and convert them into Automation scripts to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Work cross-functionally with business operations and SMEs to create and optimize workflow processes.
  • Lead initiatives for designing and managing workflow automation projects, testing, and fixing bugs to deliver high-quality results.
  • 4 years of hands-on experience with automation tools like UiPath Testing Capabilities and UiPath Test Developer.
  • Certifications preferred but not required.
  • 2 years of experience in programming languages like VB Script, JavaScript, Python, etc.
  • Design technical specification documents for Automation Projects to ensure clarity and concision.
  • Experience with Agile development methodology to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Understanding of workflow-based logic to ensure efficient automation.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot issues.
  • Superior time and task management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders to communicate complex technical information.
  • Presentation of technical details to non-technical audiences to facilitate understanding.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and complex troubleshooting methods to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Understanding of SAP modules Supply FI O2I, etc. is preferable but not required.
  • Preferred Qualifications Engineering in CS, IT, etc.
