About Insights & Advisory (IA):

Our Insights and Advisory team provides strategic guidance and data-driven insights to organizations. By analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and business data, our team helps decision-makers make informed choices that positively impact their organization's performance and bottom line.

  • Define problem statements and initial hypotheses, designing research approaches with mixed techniques.
  • Structure and present data and results using relevant frameworks.
  • Arrive at key messages/highlights addressing key objectives as summaries of results.
  • Presents results of the research to clients and handles client queries.
  • Participates actively in team discussions on project-specific areas.
  • Conducts market assessments and trend analyses across sub-segments, therapy areas to evaluate market attractiveness, players, pipeline assets, and product portfolios.
  • Benchmark competitors and track media monitoring, product profiling, medical/scientific, and marketing aspects, SWOT analysis, and clinical pipeline analysis.

Key Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in MedTech strategy-related projects.
  • Experience in consulting and strategy-oriented projects.
  • Experience in working across Lifesciences value chain projects, specifically market assessment projects covering market attractiveness, strategic imperatives, competitor strategies, insights gathering through secondary/primary research, analysis, and reporting.
  • Mindset to identify and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with attentive listening.
  • Ability to ensure timely completion of tasks within areas of responsibility.
  • Command over MS Office and basic MS Excel.
  • Relevant degree qualifications such as M.Pharm, B.Pharm, B.Tech, or MBA.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience.
