Distinguished Automation Tester

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As an Automation Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing robust automation testing frameworks from scratch, including architecture, reusable components, and best practices using codeless automation tools.
Your primary focus will be on developing and executing both automated and manual test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of functional requirements. You will also use codeless automation platforms to validate functionality, usability, and reliability across web, mobile, and API interfaces.
You will maintain and update automated test suites to accommodate new features and ensure strong regression coverage. Additionally, you will collaborate with development teams to log, prioritize, and resolve bugs efficiently.
Our ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in automation testing and is proficient in practical experience with automation tools for web, API, and mobile testing. They have a strong foundation in automation testing concepts, including test design, reusable components, element locators, assertions, and validations.
The successful candidate will also have experience with or willingness to learn codeless automation platforms, familiarity with database fundamentals, and proficiency in writing simple SQL queries. Experience using bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, etc.) is also desirable.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields is preferred. Prior experience in the Loan Origination System (LOS) or fintech domain is a significant advantage.
