Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a developer. This role will focus on developing, customizing, and optimizing solutions using X++ with additional emphasis on Electronic Reporting, system integrations, and performance improvements. You will collaborate closely with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that support complex business processes in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions using X++.
  • Build and enhance Electronic Reporting (ER) configurations aligned with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code for performance and scalability.
  • Participate in full-cycle implementation projects, from design through to deployment and support.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using standard frameworks.
  • Support data migration activities, ensuring integrity and quality of transferred data.
  • Provide technical documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer across teams.
  • Ensure all customizations align with best practices, coding standards, and regulatory compliance.
Required Skills & Experience

Extensive hands-on experience with X++ development in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is required. Additionally, strong expertise in Electronic Reporting (ER) within D365 and proven track record of delivering customizations and enhancements in enterprise ERP environments are essential. Good knowledge of D365 modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, and experience with integrations, data migration, and performance tuning are also necessary. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills are expected.

Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) and ability to work collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams are required.
