Job Title: Graphic Designer

About Deconstruct:

Deconstruct is a skincare brand offering beginner-friendly, highly effective yet gentle products for those who are starting their science-backed skincare journey. Our goal is to ease out the science-backed skincare journey of every beginner with sensitive skin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging visual assets including digital ads, social media graphics, videos, packaging, and website content.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.

• Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to develop creative assets for new product launches, promotions, and campaigns.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep our design strategies innovative and competitive.

• Provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in graphic designing & video editing.

• Understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop & Illustrator for social creative like Reels, GIFs.

• Ability to adapt to newer AI tools of design function.

• Strong understanding of video editing - including animations, motion graphics.

• Excellent understanding of video production processes, including storyboarding, editing, color grading, and sound design.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video editing and motion design projects.
