We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer to oversee daily on-site activities for road work projects located in Bengaluru North, Mysuru, Chintamani, and Chikballapur.

This is a full-time on-site role focused on ensuring quality control, coordinating with civil engineers, and performing structural engineering tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily On-Site Activities: Oversee construction schedules, supervise construction crews, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure high-quality construction work and identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Civil Engineering Coordination: Collaborate with civil engineers to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any conflicts that may arise.
  • Structural Engineering Tasks: Perform structural analysis, design, and testing to ensure the integrity of the constructed structures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • On-site and quality control skills
  • Experience in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
