Job Title: Full Stack Developer with Java and React Expertise

A leading organization is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both frontend and backend technologies, particularly in Java, Groovy, and modern UI frameworks such as React and Angular.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirement Analysis & Design
    • Understand requirements from multiple documentation sources
    • Assist Architects in design activities and provide accurate effort estimations
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to align on project goals and technical solutions

2. Development & Testing
    • Adhere to established program standards and coding best practices
    • Perform hands-on coding, unit testing, and behavior-driven development (BDD)
    • Follow stringent source code control procedures
    • Debug and resolve technical issues efficiently

3. Process Adherence
    • Comply with development processes and methodologies
    • Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely updates and delivery

4. Team Collaboration & Mentorship
    • Mentor and train new and existing team members
    • Foster teamwork and support colleagues in achieving shared goals

5. Project Reporting & Ownership
    • Maintain accountability for assigned tasks and deliverables
    • Track progress, report status, and proactively raise risks/issues
    • Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Architects, and Product Owners
