Experienced Geosurveyor

We are seeking an experienced Survey Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering expert survey services across offshore wind projects throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead individual survey work scopes, incorporating health and safety, resource management, permitting, budgeting, and data management.
• Maintain geo-data integrity.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to related disciplines such as Transportation & Installation, Construction, Operations & Maintenance.
• Evaluate accuracy and adequacy of deliverables.
• Collaborate with an integrated geoscience team to acquire and develop suitable integrated ground models for wind farm engineering (offshore and onshore).
• Work with associated environment and consent specialists, foundation and transmission engineering, and construction disciplines to safely deliver site investigations and project consent and infrastructure.
• Maintain relationships with third-party suppliers, contractors, and other partners in leading long-term performance management and pursuing continuous improvement.

• Project management experience in survey operations, including relevant procurement, HSSE, technical commercial, and schedule management.
• Offshore and onshore geotechnical, geophysical, and environmental survey execution expertise, with demonstrable offshore experience.
• Risk management skills in survey acquisition, including identification, assessment, and mitigation.
• Data spatial integrity expertise associated with seismic, site, route surveys, seabed, land assets, and facilities, along with data management.
• Geotechnical and geophysical data acquisition, QC, processing, interpretation, and reporting experience.

• Excellent written and verbal English proficiency, as well as interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively, working with distributed teams and time zones.
• Proven multi-disciplinary team management experience, particularly in major projects with minimal technical supervision.
