Key Responsibilities include:

  • Generating and processing invoices accurately, ensuring timely delivery to clients.
  • Monitoring and tracking payments from clients, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues.
  • Maintaining clear communication with clients to follow up on outstanding payments and address billing inquiries.
  • Reconciling accounts to ensure all payments are accounted for and discrepancies are promptly addressed.
  • Preparing reports on accounts receivable status and aging to keep management informed about outstanding balances.
  • Initiating collections efforts, sending reminders and statements, and escalating as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with experience in SAP accounts receivable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
