Our Creative Strategist will play a key role in shaping the creative vision of our organization. Major responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing creative strategies across multiple brands and industries.
  • Collaborating with our New Business team to create innovative pitches and presentations.
  • Presenting comprehensive creative plans to clients, including campaign ideas and scriptwriting.
  • Ensuring that all creative work meets the highest standards of quality and is award-winning.
  • Reporting to the Creative Lead for guidance, feedback, and references.
  • Working closely with the Integrated Solutions Team on daily tasks, from social media posts to annual campaigns.
  • Providing visual direction to our graphic design team on new concepts and ideas.
  • Breaking down complex briefs into manageable tasks for junior creatives.
  • Managing revisions based on internal and external feedback, while meeting deadlines and client goals.
  • Presenting throughout the production process, from idea generation to final product delivery.
  • Conducting in-depth research on brands, target audiences, and competitors.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of target audience and ability to create engaging content.
  • Knowledge of moment marketing campaigns and ability to propose topical content and campaigns.
