Job Title: SAP Testing Engineer

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our SAP C4C and ISU systems. Your expertise in testing will be instrumental in identifying and resolving defects, thereby enhancing the overall performance of our business processes.

The ideal candidate will possess 9+ years of hands-on experience in SAP C4C & ISU testing, with a strong background in analyzing business and functional requirements. Additionally, they will have a deep understanding of utilities domain workflows and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will also have experience with test management tools like JIRA, HP ALM and familiarity with IDOCs, web services, SAP CPI/PI/PO.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business and functional requirements for SAP C4C and ISU systems.
  • Design and execute test plans, test scripts, and test cases for integrated C4C-ISU processes.
  • Validate key utilities processes such as Customer Master Data Replication, Service Request & Ticket Handling, Interaction Center Workflows, Move-in/Move-out Processes, Billing & Invoicing Integration.
  • Perform integration, regression, and UAT testing across SAP systems.
  • Validate middleware integration (SAP CPI/HCI, PI/PO).


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ISU modules: Customer Service, Device Management, Billing.
  • Deep understanding of utilities domain workflows.
  • Experience with test management tools like JIRA, HP ALM.
  • Familiarity with IDOCs, web services, SAP CPI/PI/PO.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
