Senior Workforce Management Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Management Functional Engineer to join our team at McCain Foods. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your knowledge of the UKG WFM Pro platform and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure and optimize our UKG WFM Pro platform to ensure high performance, data integrity, and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to triage issues, clarify requirements, and support their working knowledge of Dimensions.
- Act as a subject matter expert related to core workforce management processes, supporting integration, security, and reporting teams as needed.
- Manage release upgrades of the Dimensions solution, analyzing universal and opt-in changes to the platform, and implementing as required.
- Partner with the HR Shared Services, Manufacturing, and extended Technology teams to roll out and sustain value of solutions, maintaining costs and ensuring modules are being utilized.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in designing, configuring, and implementing UKG WFM Pro solutions.
- At least 2 end-to-end UKG WFM Pro implementations or 3+ years supporting this module as part of a support team.
- Experience working with timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, activities, leave, and other modules in the UKG WFM suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication and presentation skills.
This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate will be located within commuting distance from a McCain office, with options for remote work upon agreement with the manager and company policies.
