Network Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Specialist to support the design, deployment, and ongoing operations of secure network infrastructure.

This role requires deep expertise with Fortinet FortiGate Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), including advanced threat protection and VPN services, as well as strong proficiency in configuring and managing Citrix NetScaler (ADC) load balancers.

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain FortiGate firewalls, including:
  • NGFW features: IPS, application control, web filtering, antivirus, etc.
  • IPsec and SSL VPN tunnels for site-to-site and remote access
  • High Availability (HA) clustering and health checks
  • Firewall rules, NAT, routing, and segmentation policies
  • Manage and optimize Citrix NetScaler (ADC) appliances for:
  • Load balancing of web and application services
  • SSL offloading, certificate installation, and renewal
  • Content switching, rewrite/responder policies, and access control

The ideal candidate will have a strong operational mindset with a focus on availability, performance, and security.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and troubleshooting firewall and NetScaler performance, logs, and alerts
  • Performing regular security rule reviews, software upgrades, and vulnerability remediation
  • Assisting with incident response and forensic analysis involving firewall and NetScaler traffic
  • Documenting configurations, procedures, and operational runbooks

Required qualifications include:

  • 5–8 years of experience in network security engineering roles
  • Deep hands-on experience with FortiGate firewalls, including NGFW and VPN features
  • 2–3 years of operational experience with Citrix NetScaler ADC

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Fortinet NSE 4/5 or higher certifications
  • Citrix networking certifications (CCA-N, CCP-N)
