Job Title: Product Consultant

About This Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Product Consultant. In this position, you will work closely with customers to understand their product needs and provide expert guidance on our Caliber products.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Product Demonstrations: Provide in-depth product demonstrations to customers, showcasing the key features and benefits of our Caliber solutions.
  2. Installation and Configuration: Install and configure Caliber products on-site, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  3. Customer Understanding: Ensure thorough understanding of customer requirements, working closely with stakeholders to identify and address their needs.
  4. Project Planning: Assist in project kickoff and planning, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
  5. Testing and Validation: Execute UAT/SAT and Installation Qualification protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  6. Training and Support: Train end-users on Caliber products, providing ongoing support and maintenance services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Production Builds and Database Plans: Maintain production builds and database plans, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  8. Ongoing Support: Provide onsite support and handle customer calls, responding promptly to issues and concerns.
  9. Patch Updates and Maintenance: Reproduce reported issues and test cases offshore, patching updates and performing routine maintenance tasks.
  10. Interface Configuration and Testing: Configure interfaces and execute test scripts, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  11. Internal Validation: Assist in internal validation of products, reviewing outputs and identifying areas for improvement.
  12. Issue Documentation: Document issues and deviations during on-site validation, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
  13. Validation Outputs Review: Review validation outputs with customers, providing clear explanations and recommendations for improvement.
  14. Validation Summary Reports: Prepare validation summary reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations for future development.
