This pivotal role involves designing, building, and maintaining business applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in streamlining workflows, enhancing data visibility, and enabling low-code/no-code innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Application Development: Develop custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
  • Workflow Automation: Build automated workflows with Power Automate, including RPA via Power Automate Desktop.
  • Data Analysis: Create dashboards and reports in Power BI to support data-driven decisions.
  • Integration: Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and Azure (Functions, Logic Apps).
  • Secure Data Integration: Leverage Dataverse and connectors for secure, scalable data integration.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Architecture and Governance: Apply best practices for architecture, governance, and security.
Core Competencies:
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Data Management: Strong understanding of data modeling, connectors, and APIs.
  • UI/UX Design: Ability to design user-friendly, responsive interfaces.
  • Governance: Familiarity with ALM, environments, and Power Platform licensing.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills to work across departments.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: BE/B. Tech in Computer Science or IT or degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in related domain.
