Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled security professional to bolster our high-frequency trading infrastructure's cybersecurity posture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and manage system audits, vulnerability assessments, and compliance audits to ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Plan, execute, and document penetration testing to identify and mitigate security risks within the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and submit compliance documentation, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Drive security controls within CI/CD pipelines and implement robust DevSecOps practices to maintain a secure development environment.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of exchange regulations and IT security standards to stay ahead of emerging threats.
  • Provide technical expertise during external and internal audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of IT compliance frameworks and vulnerability management principles.
  • Hands-on experience in penetration testing and security tooling, with a focus on identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities.
  • Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and secure deployment strategies to ensure seamless integration and execution.
  • Excellent documentation and cross-team collaboration skills to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE) or related field, with an MBA preferred for advanced leadership roles.
  • Professional certifications: CISA and CISM, with additional certifications in penetration testing, cloud security, or DevSecOps highly valued.
