Our organization seeks a skilled professional to manage client onboarding and operations within the Asset and Wealth Management Division.

Job Description

This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can coordinate with various teams and partners to resolve issues related to client accounts, cash positions, and security transfers.

  • Ownership of Institutional client accounts from an Operations perspective, coordinating issues across all Operations teams and business partners.
  • Review account level metrics, resolving daily cash position exceptions against custodians, transfer agents, reviewing client managed collaterals, external manager reconciliations, etc., as defined by operating standards.
  • Coordinate and manage tasks such as cash-flow bookings, security transfers, overdrafts to ensure accurate cash balances and positions on client accounts, supporting trading activity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Highly collaborative team player, strong consensus builder.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and oral).
  • Previous experience in Operations and/or Financial Services industry, relevant work experience of 1-2 years.
  • Ability to partner across product groups, regions, and functional responsibilities.
  • Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, providing practical solutions.
