Digital Creative Lead

We are seeking a talented Art Director to lead digital campaigns and social-first content. This role involves shaping creative work across platforms, including campaigns, content, video, and more.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a creative/design role within a digital or full-service agency.
To excel in this position, you should be able to:
- Translate briefs into concept-driven visual solutions
- Collaborate with writers, strategists, and business teams to deliver creative best work across channels
- Presentation and communication skills to articulate creative choices clearly
- Stay up-to-date on digital design trends, tools, and formats
This role requires strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) as well as basic After Effects or Premiere Pro skills.
A structured approach to handling multiple projects and timelines is essential for success in this position.
Additionally, UI/UX design knowledge is a plus but not required.
