We collaborate with the renowned firm Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates as architectural consultants and site representatives for their projects in India.

Job Overview

This full-time role involves designing and overseeing architectural projects as an Architect based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. With flexibility for remote work, the successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely project completion within budget.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design and project management
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other computer-aided design software
  • Experience with 3D modeling and visualization tools such as Rhino, 3ds Max, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and building codes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with teams
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in other Indian languages a plus
  • Experience with sustainable and green building practices a bonus

Salary Estimate: ₹12,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
