Digital Project Lead

As a Senior Digital Project Manager, you will oversee the development and deployment of emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Coordinate with developers and client contacts to ensure timely delivery and seamless execution.
- Perform quality assurance testing to guarantee error-free content and optimal rendering across email clients.
- Collaborate with clients to secure approval and address any necessary edits.
- Schedule emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and educate clients on account protocols.
- Process and upload distribution lists, extract metrics reports from Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and share results with clients.
- Assist with additional email marketing projects, identify potential roadblocks or delays, and break down project tasks for efficient completion.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Senior Digital Project Manager or similar skill set.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is advantageous.
- Experience working in a client-facing environment, particularly at an agency.
- The ability to work independently and own tasks in a geographically distributed team.
- Delivering results in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
